The clinic is in need of volunteers to help provide compassionate health care on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1535 E 15th St, Winston-Salem, NC
Grace clinic is a holistic health care clinic set up at New Light Missionary Baptist Church to provide management of hypertension, diabetes, COPD, pneumonia, as well as other primary care appropriate conditions. Our goal is to provide compassionate care for the east Winston Salem population (primarily zip code 27105) while bridging the patients to the appropriate primary care providers.
The clinic is strategically placed in the east Winston Salem community, many of whom have faced many barriers to accessing appropriate medical care, and who are among the highest utilizers of the emergency room in Forsyth County for primary care sensitive conditions.
Skills Needed
Nurse, Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s assistant, medical assistant, CNA, dietician, health coach, social worker, pharmacist, psychiatrist, dentist.
Must have an unrestricted NC license. Must be compassionate for the uninsured and underserved.
